Courtney Hardcastle

Paralegal

Courtney Hardcastle holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. She is in her last year of law school at Taft College of Law and will sit for the California Bar in February 2026. Courtney has been a paralegal for over 13 years, with extensive experience in family law matters. She is most proud of her ability to empathize with her clients as both a child and spouse who has gone through divorce.

As a classically trained pianist and flutist, Courtney has spent time in recording studios accompanying singers and performers. Before her full-time focus on family law, she ran her piano studio, teaching children and adults to love and appreciate the simplicity of music. She still enjoys playing the piano and spends many Sunday afternoons learning new music. In her spare time, Courtney loves spending time and traveling with her husband Paul, two children (Zachary and Faith,) and her shih-tzu, Cooky Scuttleness Skellington the Third. She can fish in the Pacific during spring and summer while watching dolphins swim alongside the boat.
